Edward N. Book
Ned Book has over thirty years of experience managing hotels, resorts, information systems, and the production of travel industry technology and consulting data. He formerly served as the President of the Travel Industry Association and was the Chief Executive of Hershey Resorts. He is a graduate of Penn State University..

Donald Hamer
Donald Hamer is the Chairman of State of the Art, Inc., a manufacturer of sophistocated circuitry components for the world market. Prior to founding State of the Art, Inc., he was Chief Engineer and Corporate Research Director of Erie Technology Products. Hamer holds a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Illinios, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a B.S in Electric Engineering from Penn State.

Bruce and Ben Heim
The Heim family owns and operates real estate, hotel and restaurant businesses and has multiple management and investment organizations to manage. They have operated in college communities for over 25 years.

Keith McClellan
Keith McClellan has been in the technology business development and business start up field since 1991, when he earned an MBA from Penn State University with a finance emphasis. His graduate education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 1982 with an emphasis in commercial law. From 1983 to 1989, he worked as both in house and outside counsel for regional banks and commercial lenders in Nevada, where he worked on structuring complex financial transactions. He is a member of the Nevada Bar.

Richard Supina
Mr. Supina has had a career focused on facilitating the growth of technology-based businesses. His experience includes inventory and operations management at Supelco, world leader in the gas chromatography supply industry. As Vice President of BioPore, Supina was instrumental in reorienting an academic R&D organization into an emerging business and led the campaign to raise two rounds of early stage financing. In 1998, he co-founded Salimetrics, LLC, a company focusing upon development and marketing of saliva based hormone assay kits and testing services for researchers.

Mr. Supina attended University of Delaware (B.S.), Ohio State (M.S.), and Penn State (M.B.A., Beta Gamma Sigma).
